In short: the site collects nothing about you without your explicit consent. Analytics cookies are only activated if you accept them from the banner shown on your first visit.
What data we process and when
Visiting the site: the site is statically hosted and loads no third-party resources when pages open (fonts are hosted locally). Without your consent, no tracking cookie is set.
Analytics cookies (only with your consent): if you press "Accept" in the cookie banner, we activate Google Tag Manager, through which Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity run. These help us understand, in aggregate form, how the site is used (which pages are read, where visitors come from, where they run into difficulty) — not for advertising and not to identify individuals. Data is processed by Google (Google's policy) and Microsoft (Microsoft's policy). You can decline with no consequences — the site works identically — and change your choice anytime from the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of any page. Your choice (accept/decline) is stored locally, in your browser.
Contact via WhatsApp or phone: if you message us on WhatsApp or call, the communication happens through those services (WhatsApp / your phone operator), according to their policies. We use the contact details received solely to reply to you — we don't pass them to anyone and don't use them for marketing.
The enrollment process: families who begin the enrollment process fill in a form with data about the child (including medical information relevant to their safety). This data is used solely for the smooth running of the educational activity, is accessible only to facilitators, and is not shared with third parties.
Photographs of children: we photograph and publish images of children only with the explicit, written consent of the parents — consent that can be withdrawn at any time.
Your rights
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection regarding your personal data. For any request, message us on WhatsApp or call 0769 550 044. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with ANSPDCP (the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing).
